2. Your right to cancel and return (consumers)
If you are a consumer (i.e. you are acting for purposes outside your trade, business, or profession), you may have the right to cancel your order and return the Product(s) within a specified period, depending on your location:
- United States: We offer a 14-day return right from the date you receive the Product(s). You may return the Product(s) for any reason within this period, subject to the conditions below. This is in addition to any rights you have under applicable state or federal law.
- European Economic Area (EEA) and UK: If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day on which you (or a person you nominate) take physical possession of the Product(s). You do not need to give a reason. You must inform us of your decision to withdraw in a clear statement (e.g. by email or post). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.
After you notify us of your cancellation or withdrawal, you must return the Product(s) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us. We may withhold the refund until we have received the Product(s) back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest (where permitted by law).
3. Conditions for return
To be eligible for a refund:
- The Product(s) must be returned within the applicable return period (14 days as stated above, unless a longer period is required by law).
- The Product(s) should be in their original packaging, unopened or only opened to the extent necessary to inspect them (as permitted by law). For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns of opened dietary supplement products in certain cases; if you have opened the product, please contact us before returning so we can advise.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the Product(s) unless we have agreed otherwise or the law requires us to bear the cost. We recommend using a trackable delivery method.
- You have a duty of care for the Product(s) until they are received by us. We are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipment unless we have arranged and paid for the return.
If you return Product(s) that do not meet these conditions, we may refuse the return or deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any diminished value (where permitted by law).
4. Refunds
Subject to the conditions in this policy and applicable law:
- We will refund the price you paid for the returned Product(s), including the standard delivery cost you paid for the initial delivery (where required by law; in the EEA/UK we refund the basic delivery cost). We do not refund any premium or express delivery charges unless the Product(s) were faulty or we are required by law to do so.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned Product(s) or evidence of return (or within 14 days of your withdrawal notice if you are in the EEA/UK and we have agreed to collect the Product(s)). In no event will the refund be made later than 14 days after we have received the returned Product(s) or after you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to credit your account; we are not responsible for such delays.
5. Faulty or incorrect products
If you receive Product(s) that are faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask for photographs or a description of the issue. In such cases:
- We will offer a replacement or a full refund (including delivery costs) as appropriate.
- We may ask you to return the faulty or incorrect Product(s) at our cost. We will send you instructions for the return.
These rights are in addition to your statutory rights (e.g. under consumer protection law). Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
6. Business and bulk orders
If you are purchasing in the course of a business or in bulk, different terms may apply. Please contact us before placing such an order so we can confirm the applicable return and refund terms.
7. How to request a return or refund
To request a return or refund:

- We will send you instructions and, where applicable, a return address and any return authorisation or label (if we have agreed to cover return shipping).
- Pack the Product(s) securely and send them to the address we provide. Keep proof of postage or shipment.
- Once we have received and inspected the Product(s), we will process your refund in accordance with section 4.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when changes are made. Changes do not affect returns for orders placed before the change, except where we are required by law to apply more favourable terms. We encourage you to review this page before making a purchase.
